We proactively deploy and promote the harmonious development of the company alongside society and the environment, establishing and improving organizational and institutional systems for corporate social responsibility work.

In the process of harmonious development with society and the environment, the company regards workplace safety, environmental protection, energy conservation, consumption reduction, and the comprehensive utilization of resources as our most fundamental responsibilities. We actively invest funds to continuously update and improve equipment and enhance the level of production intelligence. We conduct risk identification of potential impacts on society and the environment from our products, services, and operations, and actively formulate targeted countermeasures.

The company's senior leadership takes the lead in advocating and practicing integrity principles, embedding integrity into the Tgood Community of Shared Destiny culture. Through various methods such as corporate culture training, corporate culture knowledge competitions, and themed speeches, we conduct integrity and credit ethics education for all employees. Senior leaders adhere to democratic decision-making and have held quarterly "Senior Leadership Democratic Meetings" since the company's founding in 2004, fostering a business environment for mutual benefit among multiple stakeholders. The company has been recognized with numerous honors, including the Qingdao "Labor Security Integrity Demonstration Employer" for 2010-2011, the "Contract Honoring and Credit Maintaining Enterprise" award in 2012 and 2016, the Advanced Primary-Level Party Organization and Regional Party Building Joint Construction Demonstration Site in 2018, and the Qingdao Primary-Level Trade Union Standardization Construction Demonstration Unit in 2018. In 2019, the company received the "Fumin Xinglu" Labor Award. It was also rated as a Grade A Tax Credit Enterprise by the Qingdao Local Taxation Bureau (2010-2011) and the Qingdao State Taxation Bureau (2010-2018).
