On September 4th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the "Announcement on the 2025 Excellent-level Intelligent Factory Projects", TGOOD's "Digital IoT Flexible Manufacturing Intelligent Factory For Intelligent Box-type Power Equipment" was selected for the 2025 excellent-level intelligent factory project name list.

The excellent-level intelligent factory is part of the intelligent factory gradient cultivation action organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in conjunction with the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, State Administration for Market Regulation, and National Data Administration, aiming to build Intelligent factories with domestic leading levels, select a batch of benchmark enterprises across various industries and fields, and promote high-quality development of intelligent manufacturing.

The project targets the diverse and small-batch customized demand of renewable energy box-type power equipment, deeply integrates digital twin, artificial intelligence and industrial interconnection network technologies to build an innovative full-value chain system of "R&D - production - supply chain - service".It has constructed 26 Intelligent manufacturing scenarios covering products, processes, production lines, quality, equipment, scheduling, warehousing, safety marketing, and operation and maintenance, comprehensively covering 8 links in the "Reference Guide for Typical Intelligent Manufacturing Scenarios (2025 Edition)", and fitting the five stages from construction to operation of excellent-level intelligent factory in the "Gradient Cultivation Elements and Conditions for Intelligent Factories (2025 Edition)".

The project is based on the single-champion product - smart modular prefabricated substation, deeply integrating the parametric design engine and digital twin technology, forming a full-chain closed-loop production system from virtual verification to physical manufacturing.Product development cycle is shortened, production efficiency is improved, and product defect rate is reduced. A total of 172 patents, 10 software copyrights, and 12 standards have been formed,technology parameter transformed into industry guidelines, building a dual-dimensional system of "equipment manufacturing + data operations".Products focus on renewable energy power equipment; front-end products such as prefabricated smart substations obtained extreme environment certification, covering more than 50 regions worldwide, with single-champion market share leading for three consecutive years.
