The project is located in Toksun County, Turpan City, Xinjiang, with abundant solar and thermal resources and an average annual wind speed of 8 meters per second. The surrounding wind and sand environment is harsh. The 220kV, 110kV, medium voltage, and secondary sections of the entire station are all constructed using prefabricated cabins. The protection level of the TGOOD prefabricated substation is IP55, combined with basic anti sand ventilation technology, effectively avoiding sand and dust erosion; At the same time, in the Turpan region, the summer temperature is relatively high. The prefabricated substation wall panels adopt non-metallic wall panels and air insulation layer zero bridge door panel technology, which eliminates heat conduction and provides a good operating environment for the equipment, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the project.

The project will construct 131 wind turbines of 7 MW and above, equipped with 100000 kW/200000 kWh energy storage. After the project is fully put into operation and generates electricity, the average annual power generation will reach 2.2 billion kilowatt hours, which can meet the annual electricity demand of 700000 households, equivalent to saving 710000 tons of standard coal, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 1.91 million tons, planting 5600 hectares of trees, and playing a positive role in ensuring local energy supply and promoting green and low-carbon development.
