Myanmar Ministry of Electric Power and Energy Delegation Visits TGOOD for Exchanges and to Explore New Opportunities for Power Cooperation

On September 21, U Aye Kyaw, Deputy Minister of Myanmar's Ministry of Electric Power and Energy, and U Zaw Win Naing, Deputy Director of the Planning Department, visited Qingdao TGOOD Electric Co., Ltd. for an exchange. Representatives from Myanmar's GSI Company, Yunnan United Power, and the International Engineering Branch of PowerChina Chengdu Engineering Co., Ltd. also joined the delegation.

Yu Dexiang, Chairman of TGOOD and TELD, and Cui Zhiwei, Vice President of TGOOD, accompanied the delegation. The two sides held in-depth discussions on advanced power equipment, power grid infrastructure development, and renewable energy, exploring opportunities for cooperation and expanding their partnership.

During the visit, the delegation toured the China New Energy Ecosystem Science and Technology Museum, the AI PowerHouse™, the Ultra-Level Zero-Carbon Building, and TGOOD's West Coast Intelligent Manufacturing Plant. They gained an in-depth understanding of TGOOD and TELD's technological applications in new power systems, energy infrastructure for computing power centers, and microgrids, while also visiting the company's intelligent manufacturing, production management, and product delivery operations.

The visit provided the delegation with a more direct understanding of TGOOD and TELD's technology capabilities and manufacturing strengths. The two sides also discussed potential applications of relevant technologies considering Myanmar's power development needs.

During the meeting, the two sides held in-depth and practical discussions on key issues, including upgrading Myanmar's power infrastructure, improving power supply reliability, and advancing the integrated development of renewable energy and microgrids.

Chairman Yu Dexiang said that TGOOD and TELD are willing to leverage their technical expertise and project experience accumulated in domestic and overseas markets to further engage with technical professionals in Myanmar's power sector. By aligning their proven experience in power system planning, product technologies, and platform collaboration with local needs, and working in coordination with central state-owned enterprise partners, the companies will jointly explore technology solutions and cooperation models suited to Myanmar.

Deputy Minister U Aye Kyaw spoke positively of TGOOD and TELD's technological applications in related fields. He noted that Myanmar is currently advancing the development of its power grid and improvements in electricity supply, with a pressing need to enhance power supply reliability and promote renewable energy development. He expressed his willingness to use this visit as an opportunity to strengthen communication and coordination with TGOOD and pursue joint research, with a view to facilitating the deployment and application of more suitable technologies and equipment in Myanmar.

The meeting further deepened both sides' understanding of each other's technical capabilities and market needs, creating favorable conditions for future technical exchanges and project cooperation.

Looking ahead, TGOOD will actively participate in the Belt and Road Initiative, focusing on the needs of participating countries for power interconnection and energy infrastructure upgrades. Leveraging its technological and industrial strengths, TGOOD will develop tailored solutions in line with local grid standards and serve overseas customers, working with local partners in broader international markets to share development opportunities and achieve mutual success.
